He suggested that the focus of the committee's work should be changed from focusing on import and export markets to taking into account both domestic and international markets, and coordinating the balance between the two markets. He called on steel enterprises to strengthen self-discipline, adhere to the "three sets and three do not" business principle proposed by the Steel Association, jointly maintain the stable operation of the industry, and improve the business performance of enterprises.
At the same time, he suggested that relevant government departments further clarify the export policy orientation of steel products, encourage high-end, limit low-end, and crack down on illegal steel exports.
